Restaurant sixonesix opened it's doors in December 2005 and quickly earned the title of "Treasure Valleys Best New Restaurant in 2006" by the Idaho Statesman. Since then, sixonesix has earned many other titles including, "Best Appetizers for Foie Gras, Best of Boise 2006" and "Best Local Restaurant, Best of Boise 2007."

Visitors to restaurant sixonesix can expect careful preparation, innovative cuisine, detailed presentation, and outstanding service. The menu at sixonesix utilizes the produce of each season, elements from a wide array of cuisines, and techniques from a variety of cooking traditions. The dishes we offer celebrate the spectrum of flavor, texture and presentation. Restaurant sixonesix's distinctive style is recognized through out the Treasure Valley for encapsulating international ingredients, and bringing harmony to flavors textures and culinary techniques which all influence this unique style of cooking.

Our Head Chef and Owner, Jered Couch, is recently the 3 time reigning champion in the Iron Chef Boise competition. This competition is a local fundraiser that picked apponents for Jered in which he was able to go head to head with some of Boise's best! After three wins, Jered is now in Iron Chef Boise retirement but is always ready for the next challange!
